The Neo Black Movement of Africa (NBM) hereby dissociates itself from a BBC online news report of Monday, April, 26th 2021, purporting that members were arrested at various cities around Italy.

The NBM of Africa is not in anyway connected or same as Black Axe, and has nothing in connection in whatsoever way.

Deliberate attempts by any law enforcement agency or medium to associate the NBM of Africa with the Black Axe or organized criminality will be resisted and viewed as libelous.

The NBM of Africa will not hesitate to seek legal redress against any group, person(s) or organisation that aim to associate it with acts of criminality.

NBM of Africa being a Pan-Africanist socio-cultural organisation seeks to promote fairness, justice and social equality. We therefore in all ramifications condemn all forms of criminality and social vices in every society around the world.

In November 2019, the Italian court sitting in Palermo nay Corte di Assie Palermo City declined to declare the NBM of Africa a criminal organisation based on uncontroverted and overwhelming evidence in favour of some of its members that were unjustly and maliciously charged with sundry offences. That judgement still subsists.

The Italian police authorities should therefore not fail to arrest and prosecute whoever is found wanting for criminality, or violates Italian law.

The NBM has nowhere been collectively found to have committed or engaged in any act of criminality, hence its rights as a duly registered organisation, be accorded.

NBM of Africa wishes to denounce the malicious video posted on a YouTube channel https://youtube.com/c/AdamslinkMedianaija

The said video churned out a lot of lies about our organisation and this has been going on for a long time from this Vlogger and others out to make money from the misery of others. These are indeed heartless beings who seek to come across as people who care about the ills of society but are instead driven solely by the desire to make cash from clicks and overall viewership traffic and would do so without any care for who it might hurt.

We would like to state categorically that the story in the Vlog is false and a figment of the imagination of the Author.

The blatant lie shared by the vlogger is actually about a member of the Neo-Black Movement in the United Arab Emirates Chapter who passed away due to kidney failure.

The deceased (Mr. Anaege Chijioke Cosmas) died from kidney failure and a copy of the Medical Report issued by the Medcare Hospital Sharjah, UAE, is hereby attached.

He was taken to the Medcare Hospital in Sharjah, UAE and was receiving treatment but unfortunately succumbed to the ailment. This incident occurred on May 10, 2021. The attached Medical Report clearly shows that he died of kidney failure and not from any cult related injuries as maliciously and mischievously reported by Adamslink Media on YouTube. Mr. Anaege Chijioke Cosmas was not a member of any cult and he was not killed in a cult clash.

It is shameful and disheartening when vloggers & bloggers leverage on the grief of other people in a bid to drive traffic to their sites.

We kindly request to be allowed to quietly grieve the untimely demise of Brother Anaege Chijioke Cosmas

With this DISCLAIMER, we are giving Adamslink Media @zetbradaily forty eight (48) hours to take down the malicious video or we will be forced to use every legal option available to achieve this.
